Yesterday I attended the youth gathering in my church in conjunction with valentine’s day. It was abt the art (yes,its an art form!:P) of christian courtship.the thing tat struck me most during the whole talk was abt making a list of wad u want in a guy/girl before you actually get attached. (and that we shud be looking for our future spouses instead of a bf/gf) it then struck me that the mental list in my head was completely absurd.ok,I always knew it was completely unattainable because no guy in the world would meet all my very ‘holywood’ bf criterias. haha.
lets see if I can list all down.
1. he mst be lyk landon carter from a walk to remember. willing to make me a telescope and marry me evn tho I have sum uncurable deadly disease.
2. he mst haf seth cohen’s wit.and say stuff lyk ‘stop me before I say she makes me a better man, but she makes me more of a man, and less of a boy’. and haf a plastic horse named captain oats.
3. he mst look lyk cristiano ronaldo. and earn 50k a wk. pounds that is. Or 100k would be fine too. And be able to play football.
4. he mst be a secret agent lyk Michael Vaughn of alias so my kids will learn cool fighting moves. And of course be as sweet as he is.
5. he mst be lyk Edward in pretty women. Cool,calm,collected. and willing to marry sumone nt of his stature. Nt the grey hair part tho.
6. he mst be able to punch ppl lyk ryan atwood. And be protective yt gives me enough space. And have his piercing blue eyes which stare into your soul. Floppy blond hair and his chiseled chin would help too.

8. he mst have josh gorban/Michael buble/frank sinatra’s voice.
9.he mst be smart and meticulous lyk gil grissom of csi. Except he can’t analyze me all the time.
10. he mst be self conscious lyk chandler bing of friends. Nt full of himself and thinks of u as the better person.
Ok, this is only the 10 I could think of at the moment. See. completely ridiculous, rite?haha.
Nw since I jst discovered that, according to esther, the ideal age to gt married is 25, and considering I am going to be 20 soon (which is completely ridiculous cos I don’t feel a day over 16) so I haf to set a more serious and less dreamy list. Which of course I will nt blog abt. Its personal and I’m nt one to wear my heart on my sleeve J anyways happy valentine’s day! I can’t wait for cny! i’m going home! yay!
