i jst gt back from kl/vietnam. kl was as per usual..shopping and traffic jams and more shopping and tons of ppl everywhere.can’t say i love it nor loathe it. vietnam was….innnteereessting. stuff were pretty cheap.altho i think i gt cheated a few times.ah well.think positive..we are giving to the poorer

ok,lets try put my thoughts together.i went to hanoi with my family excluding bel and ji plus aunty lucy,uncle quek,bib and gabriel. hanoi has four seasons.hah i bet u din noe tat!lolz.its lyk winter nw.i LOVE their weather.its nt too cold (lyk in europe) until u can’t feel ur toes..neither is it too hot (lyk in our ‘beloved’ country) where u jst feel lyk ripping off ur clothes the moment u step out of the house. its cool. i loved tat part. the vietnam currency is small too!5000 dong is abt RM1.but most things are sold by the ‘000s. so turns out okay. most stuff u buy there are lyk girls stuff - ie :bags,embodiery,pearls,deco. u gt the idea. needless to say the boys were bored stiff when we went shopping.

the 1st day there we arrived late so din do much cept eat.yups,eating is after all important.haha.we went to sum vietnam restaurant. simply ordered stuff. even orderd morning glory which turned out to be kangkung, much to my dissappointment. though i would be eating the purple flower we msians know to be morning glory. our meal cost lyk almost 2 million dong.litterally million dollar meal.haha.the food comes in relatively small portions. did i mention vietnamese ppl are very very small size? uhuh.

well, the next day we began our real tour of hanoi.our tour guide, hang picked us up at 8.started of by going to the ho chi minh mouseleum. where we saw his dead body.preserved. they sure are patriotic.u dun see no preserved bdy of tunku abdul rahman in msia do ya? haha. after that, went to sum park place whre u could see hcm’s old house,car,etc etc. and also there was a little shopping time.bought this cool vietnamese instrument. lyk a xylophone. after tat, went to the museum of ethanology.nth much,la.jst their traditional stuff.a lot lyk swak ethnic ppl. long houses and all. arnd 3 smth we left to catch the water puppet show.it was ok,la.smth diff.and it was all in vietnamese so we din understand a thing. after that we went to the old quarter for more shopping!wad can i say,we love shopping.

next day, took a 3 hr journey to ha long bay. boarded the junk (a boat-ish kinda thing) and began our two day-one night ‘cruise’.saw the formations stuff which apparently is a cultural heritage site.smth i discovered after i reached kl.haha.my bad.the whole thing was peaceful..relaxing..and a whole lot of eating seafood. went to a cave called the amazing cave. our guide had a very nice vietnamese english accent.so cute. after the whole boat thing..we had to take the bus three hrs back to hanoi.

i’m getting lazy to type liau.bleh. anways the last two days there was nth to shout abt.we jst went shopping.loads of shopping.parents bought oil paintings whihc were so ncie and cheap too.i gt myself a bag.finally.with that we headed home, purses empty, bags filled to the brim, stomaches expanded (20%) and a spring in our step and joy in our hearts.

haha.ok..i think the m&m’s i had jst nw are starting to gif a side effect.lolz. anyways,back in kch.love it!i love kch! haha. haven’t gone out yt tho.will..i will.i’m so nt the recluse type! will post pics up..sum day.sum day. when i decide to be more hardworking.ahaks
